Network & Community

Sometimes a question requires particular expertise or complementarity. I bring colleagues from my network if their presence can add value, or if my schedule does not allow me to fully address your question.

Besides a network, there are also communities I am part of. Communities of colleagues with passion for their profession, with a shared vision and with affection for each other.

Weaving Wisdom Community

In Europe, the initiative to form an international community with trainers and coaches trained in systemic work, ancient wisdom and rituals started from Ria Verlinden. In particular, the connection with South Africa is nourishing in this. Besides South Africa, we work in the Netherlands, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Latvia and Romania. We are always open to other cultures and countries to further grow and develop from systemic and ancient wisdom.

The foundation for our community is formed by the Weaving Wisdom course, which has been an important transition moment in the lives and work of many (former) participants for many years. What characterises us is that we live and work from the personal to the intergenerational, the cultural and collective perspective. Our commitment is to explore and take new steps that challenge us and others to walk new paths.

Transformation in Healthcare

Transformation in Healthcare is a community of care and well-being experts with one mission: initiating real change.

From a common desire and deeply rooted ambition to really contribute to the healthcare and well-being sector, Transformation in Healthcare was born, with Lynn Cools as founder.

Transformation in Healthcare digs deeper and believes in the power of change from the bottom up. We do this by focusing on every aspect of the organisation and not just the separated parts. What drives us is initiating connection: between mission, vision and practise, between management and employees, within and between teams, and between the organisation and the patient/client. To this end, we commit to structural and cultural change from within. After all, we believe that the potential is already present in the organisation, the trick is to start using it more.
